The Green Weenie probably gets more laughs in our fly shop than any other fly, but the laughs usually stop once someone fishes this fly. These things are tied to look like the Sourwood Inchworms that are present over so many streams in the Eastern United States. This version is tied with a bead head, to help get it down below the surface. This fly is a fantastic summer fly in the Smokies.
