The Scientific Anglers Mastery MPX is a fine fly fishing line, made with a half size heavier head, which is an improved version of the older GPX taper. This redesign, used in many Scientific Anglers fly lines, loads your rod a bit more, but presents your fly with more finesse.

These are great trout fly lines that perform well using dry flies or nymphs, and streamers. The Mastery MPX does not have all the latest technology from Scientific Anglers, and it is priced lower for that reason. This line does feature the ST+ Slickness additive for line shooting performance, the Scientific Angler Line Identification system and welded loops on each end.

The Mastery MPX is a great trout fly line for the money.
