The Prince Nymph is known to be one of the best flies ever designed and tied. It has everything trout love. Goose biots, peacock herl, brown hackle and a gold rib are all irresistible to trout. The gold bead add weight and flash. I was fishing in Kentucky on the Cumberland River in August 2014. Our guide pointed out some fallen timber. A few days earlier, a guy caught a 30 inch brown trout right there. What did he catch it on? A Prince Nymph. Of course! Why not?
