The Bully Bug, in the color Olive, is a killer fly fishing fly, for catching large bluegill. It drives those big panfish crazy! This fly is weighted and it sinks to the levels where these fish feed. The weight is tied in at the back of the fly. When you twitch, the bug’s head moves downward. That movement has been proven to trigger strikes. Any fly fisherman, who targets bluegill, shellcrackers or other similar panfish, should have Bully Bugs in their vest or boat box.
