The Clouser Crayfish, was designed by fly fishing guide Bob Clouser, to be used when fly fishing for smallmouth bass. This fly has become a staple for stream anglers for many species, including trout. The fly is intended to be fished weighted, and drifting with the current, mimicking a dislodged and injured or dead crayfish. This pattern features a dark turkey back. It is tied in sizes #8 and #10.
