Fishpond made a longer version of their Dakota Rod & Reel Case for longer rods, even spey and switch rods. This fine piece of Fishpond luggage is perfect for traveling to your fly fishing destination loaded with about everything you need except for your waders. The 45” Dakota holds 4 fly rods in a padded compartment. It will not hold 4 rod tubes, just rods in their socks. Additionally there are compartments for reels and fly boxes that are also padded but adjustable as well. A long mesh see-through zippered compartment inside is perfect for small items such as leaders and tippet, floatant, strike indicators and many other things an angler needs to carry on a fishing trip.

Three additional zippered vinyl clad pockets are located on the outside of the lid, to hold items you may need to grab in a hurry, like airline tickets and boarding passes.
