The Lamson Liquid S Reel offers fly fishermen a high quality, highly dependable and powerful reel, that won't break the bank. The Liquid S uses the same machined made-in-America inner components, drag system and spool attachment mechanism used on Lamson's more expensive reels.

The spool and frame assembly is pressure cast, as opposed to machined, which allows Lamson to use design elements that are impossible with machining, such as full-radius compound curves and near zero-radius inside corners.

The patented Lamson sealed conical drag offers superior braking power and extremely low start up inertia, which protects tippets while helping you put the brakes on big fish.

The Lamson Liquid S features larger arbors, improved strength-to-weight ratio, improved spool shape for cleaner spooling, and a larger "gripier" drag knob than the previous generation of Lamson Liquid reels.

The Lamson Liquid S is assembled at the Lamson factory in Boise, Idaho.
