Redington engineers use a CNC machine to shape and cut the spool and frame from a 6061-T6 round block of aluminum. The ultra large arbor is “U” shaped, adding strength where needed but keeping the weight of the reel to a minimum. Not only are the tolerances close and the frame and spool “true”, but the reels are aesthetically pleasing…they are beautiful.

The carbon fiber drag system offers smooth torque, for fish fighting muscle, while protecting your tippet from breakage. Soft molded handles are easy to grip and feel good in your hand.

An oversized drag knob makes adjustments quick and easy, before and during the fight.

The Redington Rise reel can be easily changed from left to right or reverse, to suit the style of the angler.
