Rio’s FIPS Euro Nymph fly line is made for fly fishing competition and has been vetted as “Competition Legal” by FIPS Mouche. A system of special marks on the fly line designates this approval, so competitors do not have to waste time having their line checked by officials.

The Euro Nymph line was designed by Steve Parrot to satisfy the need for “one size fits all” European style nymphing. Built on a thin diameter, the technology used offers a low stretch but supple core to maximize sensitivity and ensure fast hooks sets. The high visibility tip helps anglers detect strikes well.

This line is designed for European style nymphing, such as French, Czech, Polish and Spanish stylies.

Works best on rods weights #2 through #5.
