Twistons are a lead strip, used by fly fishing anglers, to sink nymphs and streamers. These weights have been around for decades. The package looks like a match book, but contains lead strips that can be torn away, and wrapped around your tippet. They are re-usable. Simply remove by unwinding the strip from your tippet.
